Our client is hiring a young, energetic Sales & Marketing Lead for their office. They only want talents from "Travel Tech" business.

  • Develop strategies to maximize company's revenue potential and grow market share.
  • Work with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market potential
  • Expand  partner supply network (e.g. travel agencies, tourist centers, travel websites, publications, event organizers, hotels  etc...) and establish and manage these relationships. 
  • Collect, analyze and report productivity data to forge channel improvement and open up new opportunities
  • Ensure best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team, cross training within the department
  • Oversee and manage marketing and sales staff to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved.
  • Maintain and promote a team work environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers.
  • Works with sales staff to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy
  • Set example through professional, friendly attitude towards clients and co-workers, timely response to clients and coworkers needs and observance of sales office standard.
  • Ensure recreation facility meets or exceeds budget

  • 5 years’ experience in "Travel Tech" industry, and managing sales and marketing function, as well as account management
  • Open to all talent for the online travel tech sector – Asian, European, American…
  • English capability must be really strong (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, have led more than 7-8 team members
  • Be a Team player with a Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  • Success in acquiring, mentoring & building long term customer relationships
  • Adapts well to and is energized by change
  • Is creative and Innovative
