Our client, a division of a global equipment conglomerate, provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile compressors, pumps, light towers and generators.


Sales and Marketing Manager

(Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar)



  • Translate the strategic vision for the Power Technique product range into clear and transparent business plans considering the local market conditions.
  • Implement these plans and monitor results while taking corrective actions as required.
  • Direct sales activities
  • Deliver sustainable business growth
  • Responsible for profit and loss of the business
  • Support product training, product development and marketing.
  • Maintain close relationship with Power Technique regional SEA offices to develop and implement business marketing plans to achieve divisional budgets
  • Product costing and pricing
  • Distributor management
  • Lead and motivate all members of the local team

  • Competent in End-to-end execution of marketing strategies
  • 5 years in Business Development and Sales Management
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team;
  • Dealer/Territory Management experience
  • Preferably Engineering degree with MBA follow-up
  • Result oriented  communicative optimistic goal getter!
