Business Development Manager -Aftermarket

Salary:THB50,000 - THB55,000

 Our client is a major European industrial group with world-leading positions in compressors, generators and air treatment systems. Also in the Thai market, they have garnered a broad installation platform and a premium market penetration.  

Building on these strengths, they want to add a Business Development Manager -Aftermarket, reporting to the Aftermarket Sales Manager

  • Develop and enhance the scope of direct part sales business.
  • Plan and implement Direct Part Sales Business to achieve the sale targets for both direct and indirect channels in Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia
  • Support, control and monitor for distributor’s sales and service operations.
  • Lead sales team of 3 to support customer and distributor satisfaction.
  • Promote the use of dedicated sales tools for offering aftermarkets products
  • Control and monitor costs of sales
  • Coordinate with other business lines, areas and groups to develop synergies
  • Monitor competitors’ activities.
  • Control pricing of direct parts

  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferable a background in aftermarket sales
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and work with the team
  • Own Car, have a clear driving license and able to travel up-country
  • Negotiation experience and presentation technique
